Our Service Department located in Townsville is committed to providing the highest quality workmanship, fast turnaround times and exceptional service. We maintain up-to-date training with each manufacturer to retain our certifications and to learn about the latest products and service procedures.
At Alliance Safety Equipment, we have full traceability of all of your equipment including service history and serial & lot tracing of parts replaced. We can also set your equipment up on a reminder scheduling system so that your equipment is never out of service.
Our Service Department workshops responsibly deal with the occupational health & safety and environmental issues and will at no time threaten our professional standing or our respected client's reputation by conducting unsafe or environmentally damaging activities.

Alcotest Calibration & Servicing
Regular calibration of your Alcotest device ensures that the measurement technology remains precise. It is recommended that your Alcotest device be calibrated at 12 month intervals.
Alliance Safety Equipment is Queensland's authorised service and repair agent for the Dräger Personal Breathalyser range including the Alcotest 3820 and 4000.
Our Technicians have participated in Dräger specific training and have the technical knowledge and experience to ensure your Alcotest device is calibrated and maintained in good condition and in line with industry standards.
Gas Detection Equipment Servicing
Alliance Safety Equipment is an authorised service and repair agent for Dräger and Honeywell products.
Our highly experienced Service Technicians have over 25 years combined experience in the maintenance of gas detection systems.
